1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a resident of Nigeria to participate in 500Win prize draws. Employees of 500Win and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Ticket Purchase

Tickets can be purchased through our website using Flutterwave payment gateway or wallet balance. Each ticket costs ₦500 or ₦1,000 depending on the prize tier. You may purchase multiple tickets to increase your chances of winning.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a ticket is purchased.

3. Draw Process

Weekly draws take place every Sunday at 8:00 PM WAT. The draw is conducted using a randomized computer-generated selection process to ensure fairness and transparency.

Winners are selected from all valid tickets purchased before the draw cutoff time.

4. Winner Requirements

Winners must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification within 7 days of being notified. This includes providing valid identification and proof of address.

IMPORTANT: Winners are required to record a short video testimonial (30-60 seconds) celebrating their win. This video must be sent to winners@500win.ng within 3 days of receiving the prize. By participating, you agree to allow 500Win to use this testimonial for marketing and promotional purposes.

Failure to provide the video testimonial may result in forfeiture of future participation privileges.

5. Prize Delivery

Cash prizes will be transferred to the winner's verified bank account within 7 business days after KYC completion. Physical prizes will be shipped to the verified address provided during KYC.

6. Limitation of Liability

500Win is not responsible for technical failures, network issues, or any circumstances beyond our control that may affect ticket purchases or the draw process.

7. Changes to Terms

500Win reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
